I writing to you to highlight the very positive experience I have had with your recruitment specialist, Carmela Altadonna. I have found Carmela to be alarmingly refreshing when compared to the experience of larger organisations.
In particular Carmela's inter personal skills are far superior to those of your major competitors; she has regularly followed up on the opportunity something I certainly appreciate and have not experienced from other recruiters.
As a candidate I feel that Carmela is interested in both the best outcome for myself and ultimately the client. After applying for the position Carmela called me back that day to ascertain if I would fit her clients need, something I am yet to experience with any other applications. In addition to this I was then contacted by the Client Care manager to inquire into my experience of the process thus far.
