Amanda Ballinger Principal Consultant (South Australia) P: 0434 316445 E: amanda@mondosearch.com.au After graduating from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology and Media, Amanda travelled extensively throughout Europe, United States of America, Mexico, Asia and Africa. Amanda joined Mondo Search as Principal Consultant operating from the Adelaide office. Amanda has had an extensive career in recruitment, outplacement, human resources and public relations. With over fifteen years experience in the recruitment industry, as senior consultant and manager, Amanda’s skills include talent search and overseeing recruitment teams. In her previous roles, she was responsible for temporary, permanent and contract placements for both commercial and industrial recruitment. Amanda was the key account manager for major state and national contracts with a focus on new business development. In her role in Human Resources at Jurlique International, she managed all human resources functions nationally for retail areas of the company. Amanda also has experience in public relations and in her role as Account Co-ordinator at Burson-Marsteller she organised all the public relations activity in the corporate and consumer marketing division. She also has a Certificate in Public Relations and a Diploma in Public Relations and Office Administration. Amanda has a strong belief in providing excellent client service and recognises the need to make the right placement the first time. With a family upbringing in the hospitality industry, Amanda has a passion for the food and wine sector. With her degree majoring in psychology and an interest in assisting candidates in all aspects of their career journeys, Amanda is the ideal person to set up a career transition service at Mondo Search. This national outplacement service will assist our clients and candidates in times of change through debriefing, counselling and providing the right tools to guide candidates with their next career step.
