Ed Suttle has been providing executive recruitment and career guidance services since 1989.  His earlier career was within sales, the final role at Sales Director level for Max Factor.

In 1996, Ed co-founded Management Recruiters Australia, a business that grew to 20 team leaders and consultants specialising in sales, marketing, HR, accounting, supply chain, media and professional services.  In 2002 he co-founded Professional Career Strategies, a business providing career development and change counselling in addition to Executive Coaching.

In 2010 he formed Management Resources Group, a business that from July 2011 will merge with Mondo Search Pty Limited.

During over 20 years working with middle to senior sales executives within large consumer goods companies, Ed has placed over 800 people and provided career advice and coaching to thousands.  His network in this sector is probably second to none.

Outside MRG, Ed’s other passions are music and cricket.  He has sung with Opera Australia more than once and is a long-term member and President of Sydney Chamber Choir.  Those activities are pure enjoyment.  And even being a dyed in the wool England cricket supporter, however, has had recent rewards!
