Sue Lauritz Principal Consultant (Victoria) P: 0403063128 E: sue@mondosearch.com.au After graduating from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Business Degree majoring in Hotel and Catering Management, Sue began her career in sales and marketing for Le Meridien in Melbourne. Moving into recruitment in 1993, Sue joined Morgan and Banks in the sales and marketing practice playing a pivotal role in establishing the Melbourne business as a leader in the provision of professional sales and marketing and communications staff. During this time Sue won several awards including Consultant of the Year and Team Leader of the Year. Following the acquisition of Morgan and Banks by TMP Worldwide, Sue transferred to the UK to manage the London contracting business. During her four years in the UK, Sue began to focus on Sales and Marketing, eventually becoming Sales Manager within the Advertising and Media division. With responsibility for a national sales team she worked closely with consumer, government and corporate clients to help deliver high volume and graduate recruitment campaigns. Since returning to Melbourne in 2003, Sue has worked successfully in the recruitment and human resource industry for both Talent2 and SHK. Whilst at Talent2, Sue worked with both Telstra and Qantas to help deliver improved recruitment processes and methodologies for their businesses. At SHK she managed the permanent and contract recruitment for marketing, communications and corporate affairs disciplines. Sue joined Mondo Search in October 2009 as Principal Consultant based in Melbourne. With her significant experience recruiting sales, marketing, communications and other key operational roles, Sue is very excited to be part of Mondo Search’s growing team in the liquor, wine and broader consumer industry and has worked exclusively managing the recruitment for the entire Victoria / Tasmania team for the set up of Campari Australia. To date, Sue has placed executives in General Management, Finance and various Sales and Marketing roles in the beverage, FMCG, Direct Selling and Publishing industries. Sue is a passionate and diligent professional with a strong and proven background in the recruitment and outsourced HR industry at a Senior Consulting and Management level. Equipped with Team Leadership, Business Development and Account Management expertise gained both locally and in the UK. With an interest in food, wine and travel Sue has spent time exploring other cultures including one year living and working in the Netherlands and extensive European travel when London was home for four years. Sue lives in bayside Melbourne and makes the most of this with frequent family bike rides, swims and time at the beach. Go Back |
